Jan Heppner-McConathy is a Pain Relief Specialist, and one of only 25 massage therapists in the U.S. with Advanced Training in Muscle Release TechniqueSM. Jan has more than 400 hours of advanced neuromuscular training and has studied with the top educators in many modalities: Active Isolated Stretching, Neuromuscular Re-education, Orthopedic Massage, Therapeutic Stretching, and Muscle Release TechniqueSM.

Certified by the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork), and Licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio, Jan is an honors graduate of Indiana State University, with a BS in secondary education in the field of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. She is a certified member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) and maintains a private practice, Massage Medic, for pain relief and therapeutic massage.
